What can businesses do to leverage the EU’s green shift?
What are the best examples of a business operationalising and taking advantage of the EU’s Fit for 55 package?

Sustainability in CEE business models - mission possible, and what role for CBAM?
Despite the EU’s focus on decarbonisation and sustainability, carbon emissions have not been falling. Maintaining the existing carbon intensive business models has been possible until now, but with more EU regulations and requirements for disclosures, it might become increasingly difficult to maintain the financing and investment necessary for businesses to continue their operations, especially in the CEE region.
What are the critical EU policies that could help or damage European business competitiveness?
Why and how can businesses in the CEE region benefit from the growing interest in decarbonisation?
What are the key strategic elements for competitiveness, and what role does non-financial reporting play?
12:30 – 13:30 | Lunch & meet the speakers
13:30 – 14:30 | Panel discussion
Rethinking real estate: how to ensure future proofed development and buildings?
The high energy prices have exposed the poor energy efficiency of the European building stock. In addition, it has also put more pressure on developers to ensure that the projects developed have higher standards and can retain maximum value in the medium-to-long term.
What are the key determinants or enablers for more sustainable projects and building stock?
What are the most urgent needs for the real estate sector?
How have main challenges been addressed by developers and by regulators?
14:30-15:10 | Coffee break
15:10 - 15:30 | TED-style speeches
